🗣️Who says that exercising, training, working out has to be only hard-core, hard work, difficult, or painful?

🙌🏼What if it’s gets to be hard, AND you get to enjoy it- at the same time?

💪🏽It’s a decision, movement can be challenging or you can look at it as an opportunity to try new things, push your limits, and have fun in new ways that feel good for you and your body.

It’s a perspective shift. 🧠

Have FUN moving, because it’s a privilege to move our bodies, to take care of our bodies. Each time you move it’s like a hug for your heart because you’re taking care of your vessel 🚢

The gratitude you have for it, the more enjoyable it is, and the more you enjoy it, the more you continue to yourself for showing up. The more you show up, the more you get to acknowledge this, and the more confidence you build, the consistency and discipline you create increases and you start to FEEL the change. ❤️

It’s not about what we look like, what we have, or what we posses material, it’s about how we feel. That’s what we get to take with us, our energy and our state of BEING. ✨

Be grateful to move and make it a daily practice, 3 minutes, 30 minute, an hour, whatever you can do. Push yourself and be THANKFUL through the pain, because muscles grow under tension, as they break down to then be built back up and repaired. 👉🏼

Just like our mindsets do through tough situations, we go into breakdown because we’re human, life is full of obstacles and difficulties! 🙌🏼

But when we continue to connect to gratitude and show up, even when we don’t feel like it we keep evolving and progressing, which pulls us into breakthrough.

There’s always something to take away from the ups and downs of life, lessons to learn, and ways we can expand our experience. ✨

Movement is one of the tools that I challenge you to connect to, find a way to move that feels good to you. Even if it’s hard as first, appreciate the hard, show up, move your body, fuel yourself with energy and be grateful for the tension and pain, it what allows us to grow. ✨❤️
