My journey into fitness and wellness began over a decade ago. What started as a personal quest to improve my own health and happiness quickly evolved into a passion for helping others. Through years of teaching, learning, and connecting, I’ve discovered the transformative power of movement — not just as a form of exercise, but as a way to live life more fully and joyfully.
At Move with Lacey, I believe that movement is more than just physical activity; it’s a celebration of what your body can do and a way to connect deeply with yourself and others. My philosophy is built on four core pillars: Intention, Connection, Movement, and Mindset.
Mindset – what we focus on expands, pinpointing where your inner dialogue directs you and how to fuel yourself in all areas of life by taking control of the way you view the world and your life, perspective is your power.
Movement – Connecting to a form of movement that empowers you and creates a feeling of health and strength. Appreciating movement and making it part of your daily routine, a priority, fuel for your mentality, love for yourself, and a fun part of life.
Connection – Ways of connecting to ourselves and to others, how the energy we emanate pulls or pushes us from things, people, and situations in life, and how we can take control and be the people who attract exactly what we want and reflect on
Intention – Living a rich and personalized life stemming from purpose and connection of source, that inspires daily and allows for expansion while enjoying the process vs going through the motions waiting for the external world to bring you joy-happiness-peace.
Lacey is incredibly energetic, fun, and makes everyone who takes her class feel at home. Her classes are for all levels - whether you are experienced or a beginner, she will tailor to your needs. I took Lacey’s class many times in Spain, and I felt challenged but had so much fun at the same time. Sometimes it can feel like a chore, but she makes working out and exercising enjoyable. Lacey isn’t just a fitness instructor. She builds a community and empowers those around her. I would highly recommend!
