Lacey Cook is an extraordinary and dynamic individual whose journey is marked by resilience, passion, and a commitment to personal growth and connection.
With a background in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA in Business online, a Masters in International Education from the Universidad de Alcála in Madrid, Spain, her love for education, movement, and progression has grown her into an international leader.
Travel, music, movement, learning languages, studying culture, and meeting people around the world has taken Lacey to live in Croatia, Italy, Dubai, and Spain. Lacey has cultivated a global and open-minded perspective through her travels and experiences, which she believes are vital elements of personal and professional development.
Throughout her life, Lacey has overcome significant personal challenges, including bullying, an eating disorder, and body dysmorphia. These experiences have shaped her into a compassionate and understanding leader who is dedicated to helping others overcome their own obstacles and limitations and connect to what truly lights them up.
She coaches people to take intentional action towards creating the lives of their dreams no matter what circumstances have put them through or how past experiences have shaped their realities today.
Having lived longer-term in Croatia, Italy and most recently Spain, she has been able to learn 2 languages other than her native English, Italian and Spanish, and teach students English for 6 years in public, and private schools, academies and summer camps around Europe. Lacey says “I know I was laws there to ‘teach English’ but I always went so much deeper, asking the kids about what lit them up and made them happy, always encouraging them to play, to travel, to chase their dreams, no matter what anyone said and to stay open to connecting to others.”
As an international educator, event planner, and wellness instructor, Lacey is dedicated to uplifting and inspiring others. She actively creates opportunities for people to connect, learn, and grow through travel, dance, and fitness. Her passion for movement—whether through dance, HIIT, or mobility—demonstrates her belief in the importance of staying active both physically and mentally.
“When you move your body, you move your brain. When you move your brain, you connect to your own unique brilliance, and that is the kinda sh%t, that’s the fire, that’s the animal that lives inside of each and everyone of us. We get to choose when, how and most impactful IF that animal and inner spark is utilized and allowed to light up our life. We first get to discover it, connect to it, and use it to progresses our experiences towards the people we know we can become.”
Lacey started “Move with Intention” in February 2024 as her full-time business endevor, quitting her job as an English Language Teacher overseas and investing in her education, enrolling in coaching courses, Emotional Intelligence, classes, Choice University, 6 month Leadership Program, NLP Trainings, Breath Work Facilitator Training and studying the science behind the brain from Dr. joe Dispenza.
In February she launched her first Day Retreat only 2 weeks after opening “Move with Intention” and has now been running both National and International Retreats knowns as The High Vibe Experience.
This year the HIGH VIBERS have been in Alicante Spain, Pennsylvania twice, and NYC – with projected Events for 2025 in Mexico, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Pennsylvania, NYC, and dare we tell you… DUBAI is in sight as well.
We cannot wait to watch this spread like wild fire and ignites peoples passions all around the globe.
